1) When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched .Most of orders leave the warehouse within 7 days of payment unless there is a complication with your order, in which case you will be notified.

2) When will I receive my item(s)?
for Domestic Shipping (U.S) Items should be received within 1-2 weeks of the order placement date.

International shipping takes a minimum of two weeks which can go up to four weeks for delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.

3) Where are my items coming from?

All items are being shipped from Detroit (USA).
